From the olive groves and oil mills located in these areas, the olives begin their journey towards processing. Coppini Arte Olearia supports small growers and a sustainable farming system. For the first time in Italy, the relationship with the Italian Olive Growers became essential. From 2002 until today, one thousand three hundred and thirty olive growers in three different regions, supply their olives to our own mills and to other ones managed by our company.
